Service Description
CreditSpark Capital provides educational credit consultations and general financial strategy guidance. Our services are strictly informational. We are NOT a credit repair organization. We do not provide credit repair services, nor do we engage in disputing, removing, or altering any items on your credit report. All sessions are consultations only and do not include ongoing monthly programs or credit repair plans.
Payments & Fees
Fees for consultation sessions are required in full at the time of booking. All fees are for the time and expertise provided during the session. Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee. As sessions are per-appointment consultations, there are no recurring monthly obligations to cancel.
